How the calculation works

Aligned with ISO 14083 / the GLEC Framework. Distance × fuel consumption × UK DESNZ 2026 diesel emission factors (3.19455 kg CO₂e/L well-to-wheel; 2.58354 kg CO₂e/L tank-to-wheel). Confidence rises as you add data: standard vehicle profile, then your fleet’s fuel efficiency, then actual diesel consumed.
