Exceptions raise themselves
When a truck stops for more than 10 minutes, Qport automatically raises a ticket and fires email alerts — the team knows before a supervisor thinks to call. Drivers, meanwhile, receive pre-notifications at every critical hazard point on the route, so they slow down before the tight corner, not after it.
