Route Survey is Qport's mobile capture app for oversized cargo (ODC) transport. Surveyors record on-ground data — fields, notes and geo-tagged photos — straight from their phone, and every submission is enriched into a full, actionable route intelligence report.

Instead of scattered WhatsApp photos and hand-written notes, surveyors capture structured data on mobile: road type, obstructions, clearance concerns and more. Each observation can carry text notes and geo-tagged photos, so the exact location of every constraint is recorded as it's seen on the ground.
A simple field note like "11kV line at km 14.2" is captured once — and the location, the photo evidence and the context all travel with it back to HQ.
From field note to approved route library
Once a survey is submitted, Qport's AI Enrichment layer fills the gaps automatically — a captured "11kV line" becomes a full set of clearance constraints without anyone re-typing anything. HQ then reviews, edits, and merges or splits routes into an approved route library your whole team can rely on.
